Patti Williams, RN, BS, ADN

A lifelong caregiver, business leader, and advocate for those who serve others.

Early Inspiration

Patti Williams’s path to caregiving began long before her nursing career. Growing up in Leeds, Alabama, she often visited widows in her neighborhood—helping with chores, preparing meals, and offering companionship. Those early experiences instilled a deep sense of empathy and purpose that would guide her throughout her life.

Career Journey

After earning her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Montevallo, Patti built a successful career in corporate management and systems engineering with IBM. But her entrepreneurial spirit soon led her to open her first business, The Nail Gallery (1991–1997)—an experience that inspired her to return to school and pursue her true calling in healthcare.

In 1995, Patti earned her Associate Degree in Nursing from Johnston Community College and became a Licensed Registered Nurse in North Carolina. She went on to gain extensive clinical experience across local hospitals while preparing to launch her own home care business.

Mission & Advocacy

Combining her background in business, technology, and nursing, Patti founded Home Care Resources Now to help agency owners and caregivers succeed in an ever-changing home care environment. She understands the unique challenges of managing compliance, operations, and staff—and brings both compassion and clarity to every client relationship.

A passionate advocate for caregivers, Patti believes that supporting those who provide care is essential to ensuring quality care for clients. Her work continues to empower agency owners and their teams to grow with confidence, compliance, and compassion.

Outside the Office

When she’s not advising home care agencies, Patti enjoys traveling to peaceful destinations and baking desserts for family and friends—a sweet reminder that care and comfort often begin at home.
